Booked this hotel for just one night stay. I had an international flight another day, a good rest was really needed. However, people who stayed upstairs kept making noise by knocking the floor. It s 4am, I called front desk, thank you for trying to be friendly and supporting. But it you were not helping, they still made a lot noises. I believe it is important for the hotel to provide a comfortable environment and have the ability to deal with all kinds of problem. Especially it is a relative expensive hotel in this district. Apparently, it doesn t deserve the price. People who payed to stay here couldn t even sleep well at a reasonable time, come on, it s 4:47 am!
