Definitely stay away. Booked a battery replacement for Saturday through the Apple website as they are a genuine service provider. Chose 1pm as it was a convenient time and got there to be told very rudely to come back Monday. Ended up taking it around the corner to a third party repairer and they did it in half an hour for me. Disappointing as a I wanted a genuine battery replacement but the staff were so rude that I decided it wasn't worth going back
