My name is Ken and I had the worst experience today at Keyes Toyota. You reminded me of how dealerships used to be, interested only in bait and switch. After speaking to a sales person Mike on the phone and being told that there was only one vehicle left I immediately rushed over to the dealership. Upon arriving I was neither greeted by anybody nor did anyone bother to bring Mike despite my asking for him 4 times.

I was told to sit down and that Mike would be available in two minutes first, then (after 20 minutes) by someone chewing a sandwich told that Mike would be coming in another five minutes. Even your supervisor Maurice cut me off in the middle of my sentence as I was trying to explain how I ve been called to the dealership and said oh Michael be here in two minutes . I guess two minutes it s part of your employees manual.

To cut the long story short I ended up waiting for a sales person who had called me to the dealership (Mike) without being helped by anyone else. Who came and told me to get the vehicle and never came back. I sat there for ONE-AND-A-HALF hours. I finally decided to leave. I definitely am posting this on my Facebook page and tagging your dealership.
