I've had the pleasure of having KC manage my property for over ten years. I knew she was the right person when we walked in my house and she talked about my home by addressing what "we" need to do and "our" projects. She's taken ownership from day one, and treats my home as if were her own. And the staff she's hired have been top notch, professional and responsive to my needs, and more importantly, the needs of my tenants. I can't say enough!
