Lack of communication. (Clarkson Side). His procedure was delayed and I was in the car because of Covid restrictions. He finally told them to call me and let me know. Afterwards it was the same thing. I finally called the number that came up on my phone. Then an upset lady was escorted out of the lobby by a security. She called the guard a name and he went after her and 3 other guards had to restrain the guard. I was threatened to be removed by another guard because I was going to video it. I was trying to find the restroom and couldn't get to the info desk to ask for directions. That guard needs find another job if ge goes after a women because she called him names. Maybe he could be in janitorial. Both restrooms I went to needed cleaned.
