Chad Loikets was amazing. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and attentiveness. His work, alongside CLV group has been very helpful whenever me or my roommate had any questions or concerns. We have been nothing but pleased with our lovely building, the CLV staff, and the aid of Chad. Very happy :)
