Why is it that I get scheduled to drop off my car and pick up a loaner, and they don't have a loaner for me? Does the service department know whether they have one before they tell someone they will have one? Very frustrating and disappointing that Gregg Young turns away service. I have had so many bad experiences there I wonder why I keep trying to come back to the usual Gregg Young service.
Thanks again. Now I have to go order the parts from another service station and wait to get my car fixed. Shouldn't have tried.

I didn't feel confident about the answers I got to my questions, so now I am taking my vehicle to someone else for a second opinion. There was dirty grease smudges all over my new steering wheel, on the shifter handle and on the door. I understand it's a shop and they were changing the oil... But was not expecting to find this on the inside of my 2017 Camaro. Then after over an hour they didn't have the time to wash the car. They did say I could wait in line for another 20+ minutes to get a wash. I have bought my last 2 vehicles from Gregg Young and have always used the service but over the last year it seems to get worse with every visit. I did walk around and look at every single car you have on display inside, and there was A LOT of employees standing around talking to each other and I never got a word from anyone. I would think a service opportunity would be an opportunity to show frequent or even new customers whats new and great about Chevrolet. That's all that sits in my driveway and they all say Gregg Young. Not sure this will continue.

Thanks
