Overall I found the layout, position and set up quite good, however as we arrived on summer day around 11:30am the majority of larger animals were asleep and or completely non active. The monkeys did impress however.

The line to the gondola took 45 mins, which was crazy and overall I would say not worth the wait. The unfortunate / unfair set up with this is that persons who enter via the Ferry can essentially cut the line of those who are already in the zoo and waiting to take a turn, this was upsetting.

Overall well worth a visit but I won t be rushing back. Personally I feel the Melbourne Zoo is the best in Australia
