Twice now I have attempted to get service from the...

Twice now I have attempted to get service from them and they said it would be 4-5 business days. On day 5 I called and they said "they would do their best to get someone there" and would not give me an estimate. The issue seems to be that their retail side and repair side seem to have a big disconnect. The retail side answers the phone but is not able to give an accurate estimate because they don't schedule the repair people. The repair side does the scheduling but does not answer the phone. Very frustrating.
