Goetz Feldmann Review of Centerparcs Heijderbos

Unfortunately, our first Center Parcs experience with our three children 6/3/0 was probably our last. Our VIP apartment greeted us with a very dominant unpleasant odor of a cleaning agent which, however, apparently only to the dousing of the mild musty moldy smell of the building no longer renovated since the construction days were used. For a variety of cobwebs including animals including hair of the previous tenants, dust accumulation of recent decades and broken household appliances. The coronation, however, was the oak procession plague that raged throughout the park and was kept small. Absolutely ibakzeptabel with toddlers and a baby, who like to play barefoot outdoors. There was also an upgrade to a newer house in the Eden category did not really make sense, because the hair was flying around the park. The handling (park employees have taken the nests of the trees with gas burners and then buried in the front yard of the bungalows) and the communication (none) show the inability of the park operators. The staff was always friendly and tried hard but apparently not very well trained. The park is in poor condition and is crying out for a major overhaul. The activities are disproportionately expensive e.g. 13,50 for 30 min children's electric boat ride. The fun pool was largely out of order and the vouchers received only limited use.
All in all a terrible stay. Which convinced us to avoid Center Parcs in the future.
