very professional team at both front desk and in the all day dining. room and bathroom were always cleaned and very well maintained for an hotel i was told is operating for over 10 years. In-room and throughout the hotel temperature was always comfortable despite the changing weather in Nanjing during our stay. i will surely be back and recommend this hotel to any travellers willing to discover Nanjing
