I'm a frequent traveller around the world and this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The customer service staff are impatient and rude and simple requests are ignored. For example, we ordered a new set of towels after housekeeping forget to change the hotels after cleaning our room, once we called housekeeping we waited 45 mins for new towels.
Following this, we ordered take away food from outside the hotel and requested clean plates and cutlery from room service. The wait to get plates and cutlery to our room was a 30 mins wait. Needless to say the food we ordered was cold once housekeeping provided plates.
I have travelled to London, surrounding countries in Europe and USA countless times and this hotel is by far the worst in terms of service. They are extremely unprofessional and slow and will make your holiday experience memorable for all the wrong reasons.
