I have not had nothing but trouble from day 1 ordering a computer from Lenovo. I put an order in and then 3 days later decided to upgrade the system. I called back to upgrade the original order. I paid $200 more for the upgraded version. They said they would send a confirmation email but never got one for the changes. I called back days later asking about my change. They said an email had not gone out because the order got stuck in their system. They would process it and ship it out immediately. I eventually got my computer in the mail. Then after I got charged $1200 and got my computer. I get an email that the original order had been ready to ship??I quickly sent an email stating we got our order no need to send it, they did anyway, it arrived ups and I declined it, I said go back to sender. I later check my bank account and now another $1000 is missing. They charged me for a system I cancelled and I never even accepted the package. I have called and spoken to 2 supervisors. Neither of which has helped me. It is 5 days later and I still don't have a refund. They confirmed the box is in their possession and they have my money and I have nothing! I have called and emailed and no response. This is complete BS! I will never buy from them again. Not to mention the correct computer we got sucks. It keeps stalling and does not work well at all. Waste of $1200!
