Walked in and was greeted by an extremely rude old woman working behind the counter who looked at our 10 pound poodle, which was being carried, and said "that's not going to work" and pointed to her dog, which was also behind the counter. Confused, we asked for clarification. She repeated herself with a nasty attitude in her voice and said "my dog doesn't like other dogs". Guess her untrained dog runs the business. Complete waste of time, they should post a sign specifying there's an agressive dog inside the shop.

Updating this review 3/31/19 because I see I got a reply. We should have asked about bringing in a dog? And at what point where we supposed to do that when you told us IMMEDIATELY upon entering that we couldn't bring our pet in. And most businesses that don't sell food actually do in fact allow small trained pets in their shops. It is both ignorant and sad of you to try to imply otherwise so that you can pass blame to me rather than apologizing for your appalling attitude. And lastly, you are going to tell me the dogs aren't allowed in that shop but yours is? That is very poor customer service. it's hypocritical, and sends the message to your customers do you believe your dog is above theirs. but yeah go ahead and keep arguing with customers who are critical of you when you have a 3.7 average on Google.
