Visited it three weeks ago to ask about a watch. Was served by Katherine was who very friendly and transparent about the process of obtaining the watch. On my birthday I asked about it and she helped me ask about it. Even though I could not collect it, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service Katherine provided. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed and the overall experience with the AD was simply amazing!

Our thanks to Chermaine and everyone for always being so helpful and patient. Looking frwd to visiting again!

Luxury watch Rolex and Tudor
Authorised Boutique on the main shopping strip of Orchard Road district of Singapore. Located on one corner of Lucky Plaza, Watch Palace has one of the best ranges of Rolex watches available for I've seen. However, the hard to get Rolexes are still hard to get, but at least they actually have those watches on display to try out. Other models seemed well.stocked. The service was standout especially from Krystal Li. Not only was she polite and knowledgeable, but very attentive and respectful. The other sales people were also super nice and were very helpful and conversational. Ended up buying a few watches from Krystal. Enjoyed my buying experience there, and the store has a nice friendly vibe overall. Highly recommended.

I have visited almost all Rolex AD in Singapore searching for OP41mm,
I having most warm welcome in this Boutique and immediately ask me to try on their exhibition sets
most others AD will just stop serving you after telling they have no stock when you walked in

Definitely one of the very few highly recommended ADs to make your purchase from. John and Danny are great hosts and they easily have the widest range of Rolex models on display to let you try out before deciding which watch suits you the the most!

It s a must to drop by if you are watch hunting around orchard area!

It has truly been a great experience for my wife and myself at Watch Palace. Many thanks to Torrance for his great service, knowledge and sharing! We both got our first Rolex watches within a week of each other, and I am very glad that I chose Watch Palace to do it at. Have been to some other boutiques where not only were the staff impatient, but did not show any service quality at all.
Torrance and Watch Palace have been amazing thus far, and I will definitely be their customer again soon. Keep up the good work and great attitude!

The experience with Chermaine Yong is extremely great. Got a very beautiful timepiece even though it wasn t the correct one for me but I m glad I m able to purchase it for Father s Day . One of my go to Rolex/Tudor AD in Singapore that has been around for nearly four decades. I have been a customer since 2004 and each purchase has always been a fantastic experience!

Rude and snobbish, even by Rolex AD standards. I was made to feel very unwelcome. Bought the watch at another boutique nearby.

I've started my experience with WP when I was looking for datejust 28 as wedding anniversary gift to my other half. I decided to message few ADs via their FB page. While other ADs only respond by copy and paste from their chat templates, WP took the effort to replies all my questions sincerely.

With this experience in FB messenger, I have decided to start my journey with WP despites good review for other AD.

I managed to get the watch that I wanted and the experiences was superb. Thanks to Chermaine for the good service and managed to convince my other half to spend more than what I have budgeted . She likes the watch a lot.

And guess what, while waiting for my dream watch (OP green dial), Chermaine gave me another surprise by allocating DJ41 blue roman dial. For customer that just started our Journey, this is the best allocation you can get in AD (at least I think it is) .

Good experience need to share with others, and yes, I have been sharing the experience with all my friends that WP should be their first Rolex AD in their list to start their Rolex journey.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Chermaine s dedication to service is simply amazing. She took her time walk me through the collection and answered all my questions in great detail. It was delight to view the display of vintage and rare Tudors. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience. Cheers.

Once awhile would stop by to say hi to Torrance if I pass by. Crowd traffic is heavy around the corner and it s situated right next to Rolex Service Centre in the next building. Have yet to be their customer but am always glad to stop by and see difference selections incase something desirable catches attention

A lot of watches of various varieties!! My most preferable shop pf the city.

Has the widest range of Rolex models. Went to enquire on DateJust models and was served by Chermaine Yong. was being shown a wide range of models available. Throughout interaction wasn't pushy and hard sell, gives us ample time to decide and choose. Didn't manage to come to a conclusion and Chermaine still maintains her lovely smile. Provided her name card to look for her to enquire directly with her.

Second visit to refer a friend to her for picking up a Tudor. As it was my friend's first time on a luxury purchase, Chermaine's friendly approach made him calmed down quickly and felt at ease. Like talking to an old friend.

I went to Rolex Boutique during lunch time to have a view on the latest models and it was never my intent to make any watch purchase. I was amazed by the professionalism and friendliness displayed by Ms Chermaine, who was kind enough to let me wear all the latest models as i didnt see this good gesture in other Rolex boutiques as normally such act is strictly reserved for VIP cust. As a avid fan of Rolex, i have always wanted to start a relationship with local AD but all effort was in vain so far.
In the same day, I have bought a DJ 36 diamond black dial fluted bezel today, and i was quite shock to see the model availability in the boutique. The good advices rendered by Ms Chermaine further reaffirmed my decision.
The overall ambient is pleasant, alongside with friendliness of staff (even if i didn't make any purchases last few times) had make my 2nd purchase in the boutique an even more delightful one.

My wife and I visited Watch Palace a week ago. We were served by Katherine. We looked at Rolex Datejust 31mm and Rolex Professional watches.

Katherine provided excellent service. She was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. She made us feel comfortable and welcomed. We had a great time chatting about various watch pieces, sharing different views and opinions. It was a wonderful experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. Greatly appreciate it. We enjoyed our visit to Watch Palace and highly recommend a visit.

Their good service only comes when u entice them with not popular Rolex models before buying Sports models.
Otherwise they will not bother to entertain u.

Have visited Watch Palace at Lucky Plaza with my wife yesterday. We were planning to own our very first Rolex.

Was served by Katherine, she was really patient and show us all the models that we are interested in. She has also gave very constructive feedback on which model suit us better. And even took the effort to note down on the models and requests that we wanted.

Her colleague has even walk us to the door when we look lost on where to exit. Apologise that we didn t get your name <was a men in white> thank you once again. Kudos to their good customer service.

Appreciate her help and hope our request can be fulfilled. Would dare say that this is the best Rolex AD experience we got.

Seems like only if u manage to make a purchase, service is "amazing". Therefore, these reviews are skewed and may not be accurate. Other than that, the place seems to be managed by snobs who think everyone can't afford a watch. It also seems like they only sell to you if you are deemed "worthy". Worst Experience at an AD
