I had an issue with the monitor. Called customer service and they did some work online and said it was clear on their end. However my monitor still registered an error code. Customer service rep made an appointment for a technician to come out and see if they could remedy my problem. Jeff came out at the appointed time and worked until the problem was solved. Thanks for a good experience.
