"After more than 10 years of customer, I have been to Mersch for the last time at BMW SCHMITZ."
A week ago, the X4 of my girlfriend was shut down because of an alleged problem with engine / filter whatever ... which is then repaired on goodwill .. The fact is that we brought the car only because of an electronics error message for review to the workshop The fact is that the garage SCHMITZ knew that our car was one of the problem cars but did not contact us earlier, because they assumed that we would have to come to the workshop.
So we had to leave our car there and got a replacement car.
This morning I should pick up the X4 again.
Everything so far as well as the employee gave the bill for the same revision, I told him I would take the bill and my girlfriend could transfer the amount ... From then on, it was a problem to take our car ... The very unfriendly and visibly annoyed staff banging on the bills always have to be paid immediately .. !! I told him I would like to give him a deposit and the remainder because it was a high amount was. That was impossible then the car stays here, etc ... he said ... and I said he should go to his superior ... He came back and still thought otherwise the car would not go out..and if I had any authorization at all picking up the car ... us w ... I also raised the tone and paid the amount ... I said to him that I needed in all the cars today, otherwise I would contact the police, because it is legal not e does not allow a customer's car to be withheld.
For over 10 years, I'm a customer but I've never experienced something like that, one is treated only as a number and not as a customer .... I said to the overzealous employee that he can erase everything from my register in the company computer because I will never put one more foot in this garage ....
