The Madrid office get 5 stars without hesitation. They listned to what I wanted and then recommended another company more local to me, and cheaper. No fees applied. That's an honest service!

For the London office, I had an initial enquiry but the person who returned my call was very thorough and made sure I understood everything. Would be five stars but they had to be reminded to return the call after a week or so.
