The food was great but we received the worst servi...

The food was great but we received the worst service on Valentine's Day weekend. We made a reservation for 8pm and weren't seated until 9:30pm. Initially it was a 20-30 min wait which was fine but turned into 1 hour and half. It looked like no one was doing their best or trying to accommodate us accordingly. People ahead of us got seated before us and we felt like we were being neglected during our wait.
