First I hated to dock a star to this hotel, It would have been 5 stars if the room had been somewhat bigger or the cost about $15-20 less a night. Otherwise I loved this Hotel! I will say this alot of the Hotels East of here are as expensive but unsure about size or amenities.
The Staff very personable, friendly and smiles all around. Don't know how they would deal with problems because we didn't have any! I somehow think they would put forth their best effort to correct it if they could. Our double Queen room was very clean but kind of cramped. Don't forget your plug ins for USB cords because I didn't find any bedside. There was one on the desk though. The pool was very small as was the hot tub (we don't use public hot tubs anyway). Breakfast was very nice they even had made to order eggs you could add all kind of veggies!! Also loved the shower gel!
