My wife & I were at the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel for a 2 nights & put on a little bridal show. The parking is excellent - but not free. The hotel feels dated. It gets a lot of use... we saw lots of airline pilots and stewardesses coming in & out and tons of tourists; and why not it's a great location, super convenient to the ferry to go to mid-town, restaurants, starbucks and there is a Wholefoods market within walking distance. The hotel gets 4 stars for me for the very clean and comfortable room, but a 1 star for the reservation process. We travel for business constantly and this by far was the worst of any hotel that we've ever stayed at. There was confusion on the hotels end & they double booked us on the wrong dates, 3 phone calls later you would think it would all be figured out... nope got to the front desk they still didn't have it right. We checked out and days later there was an addition charge to my credit card after being assured everything was taken care of.
