They were very helpful with the recall on our Sentra FE+. They honored the extended warranty on the transmission and got a replacement through Nissan and had it installed and ready for pickup within two days after receiving the transmission approval. They also told me my rear main seal was leaking and told me it would be 700.00 cheaper to do it now since the transmission was out. In a nut shell it cost me 380.00 dollars for a seal that would have cost 1000.00 to replace later. So they saved me money replaced my transmission for free and the car drove great.
