This dealership's management/owner should know that the service here is a rip-off. I'm not saying this because of just one incident. Decided to put this review after having three disappointing services. I bought my Grand Cherokee here and go for regular servicing to the same place. Just today, the service 'technician' did not do the tire rotation after they recommended me doing it but charged me anyway. They refunded the amount after confronting. The service manager is not even concerned or apologetic! His answer was simply 'he forgot'. And they did not reset the oil health check indicator during the previous service. I had to go for wheel alignment within 3 months of buying the vehicle and they screwed up the alignment and the steering was not aligned properly after clearing air pockets. 1 bad service can be excused as a benefit of doubt. but 3 is not at all excusable. I'm not visiting this place ever again and they lost prospective 2018 Wrangler buyer. They do not deserve even 1 star. Giving this 1 star only for complimentary coffee and massage chair. I now doubt if they had actually performed all the recommended services at every manufacturer recommended miles. They really fooled me.

I generally hear or watch these type of rip-offs on TV by investigative reporters and now I'm experiencing it first hand. Thanks to technician and the service manager for making me lose confidence on your dealership!
