My wife had the worst experience.

My wife had the worst experience.
She asked Tory to assist with the recent issue I had with my phone that completely stopped working. She looked at the phone and told me I am not touching this. It has water damage.
I am curious to how Apple claims that this phone is waterproof and it carries a rating of IP 67 or IP 68.
I simply asked on how come the phone has water damage and her response was: I wasn t with you to know how

I need to know what kind of customer service is this ?

I don t know may be because I have an accent

We have 5 iPhones and iPads in my household.
This was the worst experience I have ever had specially when I was present at the Apple store.
I have a special needs son that had to endure all of the frustration we encounter. That response aggravated me so much and unfortunately I had to leave because of my son getting frustrated.
Your agents response should represent your brand. I would not expect such a response out of Walmart employee!
