We designed a home with Ken and were about to break ground when we had to pack up and move. We had been through his parade home while it was being built and afterwards. He builds the right way and doesn t cut corners.
I will also say he worked with us so we didn t get stuck paying 15k for our architect fees or our property taxes. After the home was built he cut a check for the land we purchased and all parties won. Ken is a good dude with a big heart.
