Very disappointing, awful company service and attitude, My claims handler was Gemma who was rude and un-helpful when I had said that I was not happy with the physio company that was proposed by their agent. I then asked if can have someone else deal with my case for which she replied bluntly only if you have a valid reason why for which I had to tell her. I then asked to speak with a manager who was also rude and defending her colleges poor advice & level of respect for a customer. Her name was NIAMH so she said however I doubt it was a manager at all but more than likely the girl next to her acting as one.
