i have purchased 4 guns from 4 different manufacturers at cabelas. 3 of them have been defective . the 9mm s and w will not shoot straight and the rear sight slides out of the dove tail constantly. the chicago type writer was fired for about 30 rounds and the shell extractor broke. these two were returned to the manufacturer and allegedly repaired . after almost 4 months they were returned to the store, then it took 4 hours for them to return my property. the third one was a stoger that i used herters shells which are an exclusive cabelas brand. and the shot gun literally exploded in my hand after less than 200 rounds. when i brought the gun back i was asked what i did to the gun and repeatedly brushed off because the gun counter manager was not available. All they wanted was to get the gun away from me so it could be "returned". I took it home with me. When my wife called the branch manager to arrange an exchange for a new shotgun or work out a credit there was a heated discussion pointed at my wife blaming the manufacturers saying they only sell the guns. In short there is no way that i will ever buy another item from the tullalip cabelas and i am selling every single item that i have bought there.
