I live in Palms @ Beacon Pointe in Jacksonville FL. It has been the absolute worse place I have ever lived.

The manager Ledonna is the meanest person I have ever dealt with.

I have tried to get someone from the corporate office to contact me but they haven't.

Roaches are everywhere. All she cares about is new tenants. Please don't rent here. Go to jail instead. It's free and you'll be treated like a prisoner anyways.
