My son's MacBook had a faulty screen. I was served by a trainee staff member who was friendly but he really couldn't explain to me if the laptop will return to me with or without data loss after repairs. But I could see he was really trying his best to answer my questions, but was perhaps a little out of his depth. Give him a few weeks and he'll be a star performer. The laptop was fixed under warrantee and returned to me in under 3 days. Excellent repairs and superb communication via email, letting me know exactly what was going on.
