I have been a customer of Coastal Ford for over 20 years. I have only ever received excellent service and support from all of his staff in both purchasing my new vehicles and ongoing servicing. In my most recent encounter, I particularly found employee who delivered my vehicle to me, outstanding. She took a lot of time explaining everything to me, ensured I was all set up, and was easily available for follow-up questions on two further occasions. Also, I LOVE my new C-max!!!!! Besides the awesome colour, it has possibly been on of the best Ford vehicles I have ever owned, and I loved my Escapes and Explorers before this. You definitely need to market this car way more as no one I know has ever heard of it, but all who see mine or ride in mine, love it too!! Thank-you Ford!!!!
