Good solid bbq but not great. Not enough smoke. A little on the dry side, portions compared to price are not great, sides are Cisco? In time they may get there. Im spoiled, ive had Blacks in Austin TX (not fair to compare anyone to Blacks). The original Corkies in TN, eaten at every competitors table at the Alabama BBQ State championships amongst other smoke houses. Ive also had open pit out West. Best ive had in the panhandle has been Down South BBQ in Gulf Shores Alabama.
