This company took over out of nowhere about 4 months ago. No notice until rent was due and we couldn't pay it online. In the past 4 months we have had 5 notices of entry... I'm confused about why you need to be in our apartment that often? It getting really close to being an invasion of privacy in my opinion. We are moving out in May. It had never been great here but after 4 years this company has made it to where we don't want to live here anymore. Their manager was rude and disrespectful and the constant need to enter our residence makes it almost feel like we moved back in with our parents. STAY FAR AWAY!
