I requested medical records from MRO on October 2,...

I requested medical records from MRO on October 2, and as of 10/29, I still have not received these records. My family and I have called multiple times, and have been given different information each time. The customer service representatives that my family and I have spoken to have been rude and not considerate of our situation. I do not even want to give one star, but zero stars is not an option. My family and I are extremely disappointed in the service we received, and do not recommend this corporation to anyone else. We also cannot believe that our reputable, local hospital uses this service for patient records.
