Very poor customer service. E mails returned by postmaster. When calling, calls taken by people they have outsourced customer services to abroad. Rather than as you would expect, tell you they will look at your Portal details, they appear to be reading off a script. They had absolutely no information on my case. Could not answer any of my questions, and just repeated themselves continuously, talking over me all the time. I will be sending them a letter - by registered mail - to advise them I do not wish them to handle any of the claims they tell me are 'pending'. I have claimed myself in the past and received good outcomes. Wish I had never heard of this company.
