I just had a great experience at Baystate Ford! I was unsure about buying a Truck after a bad experience at another dealership, But when I walked in a nice young gentleman came over and introduced himself with out being pushy he allow me to explain what I wanted and what had happen. The he took the opportunity to show me what they could and with very little negotiating I will be picking up my awesome new F150 THANK!
