I fully expected something of a hassle going to pick up my wife's breast pump. I guess I've just never had good experiences with similar type matters. But, to my surprise, I was in and out so quick! Nothing annoying or time consuming even though we're dealing with insurance. Erin was super friendly, to the point, and had the pump waiting for me. Thanks for the good service!
