Robbie Venardos is the best service advisor I have ever dealt with bar none. I changed my preferred service centre from Westside BMW (when I owned an M140i LCI-2) to Brisbane BMW for my 2019 F80 M3 as a result of Robbie changing dealerships. Robbie continuously exceeds my expectations every time and nothing is ever too much trouble for him - from sourcing me a loan car to making me a coffee.

I will not trust anyone else to look after my M3 other than Robbie. To the Management of Brisbane BMW - Robbie is 100% the MVP/Best on Ground/Man of the Match for the Brisbane BMW team in my humble opinion.
