This place will never be the same without Charlie Strickland. And you know you did somebody wrong when you have to lie and tell his customers "He retired" or "He's not here at the moment." He was the reason my family and many others were customers there. 20+ years...not many dealerships are lucky enough to have loyal trustworthy employees.
