As a member of HAC, I come here with my children to have a good time and to be treated with respect and kindness. The young lady life guard on shift at 2:30pm today January 1st 2020, was not very nice, towards the rude side, not permitting my children to play with the water fountain located in the indoor pool on the Toddler area of the pool. Blowing the whistle acting as a commander and her hangover face wearing fuzzy bunny shoes. She is not ready for an emergency situation.
The kindness of the staff of the HAC has always been a good representation of this club. I believe working interviews should include a match of the prospect employee to the HAC Culture.
