I have always loved this place, with the live music and the decoration, but this last time I went I was disappointed. Not because of these details but because of the attention received by both the waiters and the staff that managed the concert. They were very edgy, without smiling at any time, I don't know if because they were young or because they had a bad day. I think that the way of addressing us was not correct, and this place is a place where before there was a good atmosphere at all times. It's a shame but in the end the attention of the staff makes a lot of difference and makes the experience not the same. I hope it was a punctual day because it is Sunday, a day in which the staff is already more tired and wants to go home soon.
