Janko Properties has no respect and shows very little care in tenant problems. I've never had a mechanical issue that was resolved with fewer than 4 phone calls just to get someone to come out and look at the problem. In fact, I was just hung up on by a woman who had an atrocious attitude. In the future I will not be renting from any of their properties as it is a complete headache dealing with management.
