I would like to share my experience with Douglas Morrison, the interviewer. This is the letter I emailed to him:

Hi Douglas,

I appreciate you taking my resume into consideration. What I thought would be a productive conversation about my pertinent skillset and possibly a viewing of the day-to-day at ESSCOE ended up being a travesty.

I find it interesting that you were professional over the phone but the decorum noticeably dissipated the moment you made eye contact with me. I know I'm not strikingly black over the phone because from my perspective, you were not prepared to meet with me. You never introduced yourself, and appeared clueless of my job history and our conversation the day prior. I traveled 40 minutes for you to impudently ask: What do you do in your free time?
You risked my health to ask me this?? We could have easily used any means of video communication. Unbelievable to know I have had more productive conversations with a four year old than in this interview.

The five minutes spent in the interview showed me not only don t you care about the applicants time, but you do not care about your own which in turn shows lack of respect for yourself and others. It s unfortunate to know the "co-founder" of a company cannot conduct proper business.
