I've never experienced such horrible customer service. So much so that I felt moved to leave a review. This school district needs an upgrade. I am from a different school district and PSLSD is stuck in the ICE AGE. It is beyond difficult to get in contact with anyone. My child has no idea how to utilize any of the systems because nothing was properly communicated. I had to call multiple times to expedite their process. The application process is tiring because it leaves you in the dark. I also feel as though it would be beneficial if all employees went through diversity training as well as customer service training because whewwww. An employee rushed me off the phone because she "had work to do." EXCUSE ME??? I can't lie, I gave her two words respectfully because am I not a guardian looking for information? If I am being mistreated, how can I trust you with my child? I would LOVE to go back to my old district because this one is for the birds. Vultures. This one is for the vultures.
