I'm extremely frustrated with this dealership. I've had a total loss in August and now in June still having trouble contacting the financial manager. My lienholder has been trying contact them. The majority of messages left by me and all of the messages left by my lienholder go answered. I'd suggest the Ron Tonkin on 122nd. Customer service is 100% better. I won't make this mistake again.
