In our kitchen renovation we purchased and installed a stainless steel Kraus sink and faucet. Absolutely the best looking sink and faucet combination I have ever owned. Unfortunately the small plastic toggle switch to change from stream to shower on the faucet fell off. Upon calling and speaking with a Kraus representative, I was greeted by a courteous and competent man who expedited the delivery of the defective part for my new fixture which I received in just two days after my call. The superior products and extraordinary service have sold me on never purchasing anything but Kraus products for my kitchen or bath. Thank you Kraus!
