Great experience. Was originally going to buy online but decided to visit the showroom. Was so happy we did got a bigger one than we had originally chosen at a better price. The delivery/installation guys were professional even though we had some awkward steps to get into the garden. They talked us through the whole procedure and went through all the controls. We (although it is mostly my man cave) love our new hot tub and it uses a fraction of electricity compared to our old one. Definitaly recommend. Thanks Terry and Tracy
