I came to Las Vegas for 5 days. I booked treatments for my self a week in advance, every day at 2pm. Well, my facial never happened because I am Acutane and the spa forgot to let me know. Last day s massage also did not happen due to scheduling issues. The staff is quite nice but obviously incompetent in the function they have... I also hear that Ceasar s has great spa- May want to stay there next time- very disappointing.
