My dog had knee surgery. First time was great, very caring and will to take the time with each and everyone. And affordable, slightly high though. Second knee, prices went up, service went down. VCA took over. VCA 's management style seems to be get them in and get them out, money money money. They don't care about the animals. I'm sure they did once, but not anymore. My local vet got taken over by VCA, prices went up considerably. Know they charge for absolutely everything.
AVOID ANY VET OR VET HOSPITAL WITH A VCA AFFILIATION.
