This is not my first review for Subaru Calgary and I am sure will not be my last. Once again this company showed us exactly why, after searching all over the city, we decided to go back there to purchase our daughter s first vehicle. Just over 3 weeks after purchasing a used Mazda 3 for our daughter, I noticed a small leak. I took the car back to Subaru but by the time I could get in it was past the 30 day allowance of the inspection report. Not only did I receive a call from the service technician (Krista), I also received a call from the sales manager (Kyle) asking if we purchased the extended warranty, which we had not. After a short discussion. Was told by Kyle that he would look into things for me and I didn t need to call the service tech back. After a couple hours I got news that they took a second look at the vehicle, found the problem and the dealership was going to cover the full cost of the repair, which was well over $300.00. We then got a call that the car was ready a day before it was scheduled to be! We went in to get the car and were met at the door by our awesome, original salesperson (Dylan Dejong) who was making sure everything was alright and that we were still being looked after as far as the repairs went. What other place would give that much time, care and attention to clients who purchased a used car from their dealership? This is our daughter s first car and we have trusted Subaru Calgary with ensuring she is in a dependable and reliable vehicle. From our experience, we can honestly say that Subaru Calgary truly cares about their clients and has continuously demonstrated a willingness to go above and beyond. Anyone in the market for a car should consider this dealarship. Based on our experience, it would be worth your time. Thank you Subaru Calgary for making this such a positive experience for our family!
