The Renaissance Hotel has a perfect location near to the Twin Towers and the Pavilion Mall, it's only a 10 minute walk. Most of the employees are nice and helpful and the price is not bad. BUT the problem is that it's considered a five stars hotel and is less in reality by far. When it comes to cleaness, the hotel is old and filthy. You can spot this by walking into lobby. The walls are stained with black dust, the rooms are not clean or vacumed. The bathroom is a tragedy. It smells bad and the toilet seat is dirty. Actually there is a smell all over the hotel.

It was the worst experience that I had within one of Marriott's Hotels; a group I admire a lot. Hope they could revive the brand as it should be.
